Description:
Fork spit is one of the important component for oven or gas cooker. When we grill some big meat, such as chicken whole, beef, and mutton, we could push the fork spit’s shaft through the meat body and fix the meat body in the right position by 2 forks. The section size of the fork spit is suitable for the shaft sleeve hole size of the grill motor. There is a cylindrical part on the end of the fork spit. So we could insert the tip of the fork spit into the sleeve hole of grill motor, and put the cylindrical part on the support which belong to the barbecue space of the oven. When the grill motor starts, the torque which generated by the grill motor would drive the fork spit rotating around the shaft axis. This movement should ensure that every parts of the meat body could heat evenly. Then we could get the good delicious meet easily.
