High Temperature Working Stably D-series Igniter Unit
With Installation Wings For Gas Cooker
Description:
The general ignition combination consists of igniter unit and spark plug. The
igniter unit is a pulse high-frequency oscillator which consists of some electronic
components, including primary coils, secondary coils, resistor, diode, and so on.
During the operation of igniter unit, the regular input alternating voltages, like AC
110V or AC 240V, would be boosted to the output high-frequency voltage which
more than 18KV. The output high-frequency voltage would generate stable and
continuous pulse spark through the spark plug components. Then the spark would
ignite the gas on the burner.
The electronic components (resistor and diode), coils, and epoxy pottingare all
with good high temperature resistance and good high voltage resistance, so we
could make sure that our product could stably work under the high temperature
work environment. In the meanwhile, we use the advanced vacuum encapsulation
technology to ensure there were no bulbs in the body of product. Then we could
guarantee that our ignition units would continuously and stably generate pulse
sparks for long time.

2) Good heat and fire resistance.
All of the non-metallic material could pass the heat and fire resistance test of GWT 750 and
GWIT 775.
4. Easy to install, clean, and maintenance
We set a elastic snap joint device on the igniter unit, so you could easily install it in the gas
cooker or remove it from the gas cooker. On the appearance of gas burner, we usually set
the special position to install the spark plug. The appearance size of the spark plug is suitable
for the install hole. So you could easily install the spark plug in the gas burner.
The igniter unit is a sealed box, it could keep things like dust out.And the surface of the
product is very smooth, it is convenient for clean and maintenance.
